The Approach

The Stasko
Method™

The right story. The right people. The right moment. The right momentum.

Most people think visibility begins with publicity.

I see it differently.

Visibility begins with understanding what's really being built, who needs to know about it, what relationships could move it forward, and where the story has the most energy.

That's the foundation of The Stasko Method™.

For more than 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of public relations, business development, community engagement, media, events, and meaningful connection. What I have learned is this:

  • The best results rarely come from one tactic alone. They come from the right combination.
  • A story becomes stronger when the right people understand it.
  • An event becomes bigger when the right partners care about it.
  • A development gains traction when the community feels invited into it.
  • A business becomes more trusted when visibility is connected to purpose.

That's The Stasko Multiplication Effect™ — because when the right pieces come together, 1 + 1 doesn't equal 2. It equals 3.

Story + Relationships + Timing = The Stasko Multiplication Effect™

How The Method Works

Four steps.
One connected strategy.

01

See the Real Story

Every business, project, event, or idea has an obvious story. And then it has the real one. The real story is often quieter, more human, more useful, and more powerful. It's the story people can understand, feel, remember, and repeat.

02

Map the Right Relationships

Once the story is clear, we identify the players that can bring it to life: Media, civic leaders, community partners, sponsors, neighborhood groups, or unexpected collaborators. The question is not simply "Who can promote this?" — it is: Who could help this become more possible?

03

Create the Right Combination

This is where momentum begins. A media story, a community event, a business partnership, a civic introduction, a strategic invitation, or a campaign that helps people see the opportunity in a new way. The goal isn't to do more. The goal is to connect the right pieces.

04

Move Visibility Toward a Bigger Goal

Good visibility should lead somewhere — trust, attendance, revenue, leasing momentum, public support, business development, or brand growth. That is why I don't believe in publicity for publicity's sake. Visibility should be tied to what you're actually trying to build.

The 1 + 1 = 3 Moment

The work becomes powerful
when separate pieces begin
working together.

Media exposure + Civic leader involvement
Community engagement + Development visibility
Restaurant partnership + Neighborhood excitement
A story + The right introduction

That's when momentum starts to multiply.

See It In The Work

You can see this approach
in every project.

To drive revenue and exposure for Slattery's Pub & Grill, we combined media exposure, civic leader involvement, and a strategic partnership. To put LoHi on the map, we combined media, events, community engagement, merchant collaboration, and development visibility. To generate visibility and early leasing momentum for Southern Land, we combined neighborhood engagement, collaboration with the local Registered Neighborhood Organization, hard-hat tours, media relations, community events, and word-of-mouth referrals.
